Production Information
Prepare a comprehensive Production Information package
including drawings, schedules and NBS specifications from
Designer’s outline brief, full co-ordination of Production
Information with other Consultants, technical support in
preparing revised cost estimates.

Outline Proposals
Preparation of drawings from the Designer’s sketches for
Outline Proposals, co-ordination of Designer’s proposals
with other Design Team Consultants, technical assistance in
preparing special presentation drawings and brochures,
outline advice on construction methods and implications of
outline proposals on Building Regulations and other
Statutory Requirements.

Tender Action
Provide technical appraisals of tenders, revise
Production Information to meet any value engineering
requirements, fully co-ordinate revised Production
Information with other Consultants, technical support in
preparing revised cost estimates

Scheme Design
Preparation of Scheme Design drawings from the Designer’s
Outline Proposals, co-ordination of Scheme Design proposals
with other Design Team Consultants, technical support in
preparing cost estimates, assist in consultations with
Building Control and Fire Authorities, preparation of
drawings for Full Planning Applications, preparation of
drawings for Client approval, advice on any special
construction methods and implications of project.

Project Planning
Amend and update as appropriate Production Information
including drawings, schedules and NBS specifications
required for the Building Contract.

Detail Design
Preparation of Detail Design drawings from the Designer’s
approved Scheme Design, co-ordination of Detail Design
proposals with other Consultants, technical support in
preparing cost estimates, assist in preparing drawings and
documentation for Building Regulation and Fire Authority
Approvals, preparation of drawings for Client approval of
construction method(s).

Operations on Site and Completion
Technical support to the Contract Administrator,
coordination of sub-contractors drawings, amend and update
Construction Information including drawings, schedules and
NBS specifications, prepare any special additional
Construction Information including drawings, schedules and
NBS specifications, prepare as-built information including
drawings, schedules and O+M manuals.
