For every project a team is selected under the management of a Director or Senior Manager, who personally controls the commission and maintains daily organisation of all stages of the project through to completion.

 

Our teams are focused on meeting all pre-agreed deadlines set by the client, with quality and cost control systems that ensures respect for all aspects of the project through every stage of the design delivery and, if appropriate, the construction phases.

 

By taking single-point responsibility INSIGHT can demonstrate an understanding of the need for fast, flexible and technically sound solutions that are within the defined budgets. INSIGHT operate a Quality Management system to the standard set by BS EN ISO 9001:2000, for the administration and control of all projects carried out by the company. Our systems are defined by our office manuals which detail the procedures for office and project administration, design and document co-ordination, quality control, project management, health and safety including duties under the CDM regulations, environmental policy and equal opportunities.

The Company has a wide range of computing facilities and software which are used extensively to match the needs of a large range of clients employing a variety of software platforms.

Project Engagement

In some cases INSIGHT are employed as a fully acknowledged member of the design team whilst in others a service is provided on a sub-contracted basis where INSIGHT are engaged as an extension of the Client’s office.
