INSIGHT’s skills have been employed in support of Estate Managers in an assortment of ways with involvement appropriate to the specific project requirements.

Through our involvement with the Department of Health in their Estates Awareness Programmes, this service includes the collection and documentation of estate data in accordance with Estatecode. Accurate data on the Estate is vital to strategic planning, facilities management and maintenance forecasting for all major land and building managers. A variety of collection techniques have been developed in order to make these labour intensive exercises as streamlined as possible. The areas covered by the Estate Appraisals include:
