Robert has established a particular expertise in the design development and detailed procurement of a large variety of complex buildings

Before joining INSIGHT in 2001 Robert worked as a Design Manager for one of the Country’s largest Contractors and this experience compliments his knowledge and experience of a large range of construction techniques and applications. Robert’s experience extends to cover many procurement methods including traditional, project management, design and build, detailed design and construct and the PFI and Procure 21 methods for healthcare projects.

Whilst working with the Department of Health on a number of research projects Robert developed his knowledge of Estate Management Techniques being closely associated with the development of the DHSS Estate Rationalisation Systems. Robert was instrumental in the application of INSIGHT’s Estates Strategies and their introduction to a significant number of Authorities.
