INSIGHT has gained extensive experience in providing FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment) coordination and loading for large scale Healthcare and Education projects for Clients at Bid Stage, Financial Close and through to Construction. Areas of specific involvement:

If engaged with the Project Team at the earliest stage INSIGHT can effectively aid the Bid Team by liaising with the Users in order to establish the aspirations for the new facilities and provide input as to how these can best be achieved within the agreed budget constraints.

We have found that coordination and management of the FF&E on any project can be one of the critical factors in the overall success.

INSIGHT have the knowledge, experience and facilities to fully coordinate the selection of the FF&E independent of specific suppliers thus promoting flexible and multi-use of space to meet the Client’s requirements whilst meeting all current guidance.

INSIGHT subscribes to the Department of Health’s ADB briefing system for the delivery of Room Data Sheets on healthcare projects. Not only does this facilitate the preparation of a comprehensive brief but ensures compliance with all the latest legislation in the form of HBN and HTM documentation.

INSIGHT is also involved with the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme and has developed a briefing system for the provision of Area Data Sheets for schools. These sheets facilitate the delivery of a comprehensive brief and ensure compliance with the latest legislation in the form of BB documentation.

INSIGHT employs the latest software packages offering integrated solutions to the briefing, room loading, departmental layouts and coordination of the FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment).
