Workshops for Young People

Knowledge. Confidence. Safer choices.

Practical, engaging workshops that create space for children and young people to explore the issues affecting their lives. Sessions are designed to build understanding, encourage reflection and support young people to make informed decisions about themselves, their relationships and the world around them.

Learning with young people, not talking at them

Workshops are interactive, age-appropriate and shaped around discussion, practical activities and real-life situations. Rather than simply telling young people what they should or should not do, sessions help them understand influence, recognise risk, develop language and think critically about the choices available to them.

Social Media, Wellbeing & Realistic Boundaries

This workshop explores how social media can influence wellbeing, identity, self-esteem and relationships. Young people consider social comparison, online validation, social pressure and the ways platforms are designed to hold attention, while exploring realistic boundaries and healthier patterns of use.

Building Knowledge, Agency & Self-Advocacy

Good education should do more than warn young people about risk. It should help them understand why situations can become difficult, recognise when something does not feel right, communicate their needs and make increasingly informed choices.

The aim is not simply to keep young people safe today, but to strengthen the knowledge and judgement they will need when adults are not beside them.
